I’m Michael Naessens, CPA, MBA, a Las Vegas-based Vice President of Finance with more than two decades of experience across gaming, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, and real estate. Earlier, I led accounting and payroll for a large casino operation serving 1,700 employees across eight unions.
My work spans GAAP reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, ERP implementation, and fixed-asset reporting. I focus on reliable financial information and clear analysis that helps operators, executives, and owners make better decisions.
